Youth Violence Prevention Consultancy

The City of Reading (City) is seeking bids/proposals to create coordinated, community-driven solutions that promote safety, structural healing, and long-term violence reduction across our neighborhoods as further detailed throughout this RFP in clusive of all tasks, deliverables and/or products required herein. If the City makes an award in connection with the bid/proposal, Attachment K “Contract” and all terms and conditions of thi s RFP a s well as all documents incorporated therein shall form the entire agreement between the City and the successful Bidder. The selected consultant will serve as the lead strategic planning partner to coordinate and align the City’s youth violence prevention strategy. The partner will guide the City through a comprehensive assessment phase to build a sustainable, community-driven framework for long-term safety. The scope of work is divided into four primary focus areas detailed in clauses 4.2 through 4.5 below.
