Paving (Roadwork) for the City of Reading

The City of Reading (City) is seeking bid/proposals to supp ly mill and overlay to the City’s roadways as further detailed throughout this IFB in clusive of all tasks, deliverables and/or products required herein. If the City makes an award in connection with the bid/proposal, Attachment R “ Contract” and all terms and conditions of thi s IFB a s well as all documents incorporated therein shall form the entire agreement between the City and the successful Bidder. This project consists of but is not limited to the mill and overlay of existing roadway pavement with wearing course, and related items such as binder, subbase and base repairs if and where directed. The project also includes ADA curb ramp improvements and associated pavement markings and loop detection systems. The City of Reading reserves the right to add and/or remove roads or otherwise modify the order or priority of roads to be repaved, to suit the needs of the City at any time during the life of this contract.
