Hillside Spray Park Rebid

The City of Reading (City) is seeking bid/proposals to remove the defunct Hillside Pool property and renovate the entire complex to include a new splash pad, building renovations, storm water improvements, parking lots, ADA access, electric and water services. If the City makes an award in connection with the bid/proposal, Attachment V “Contract” and all terms and conditions of this IFB as well as all documents incorporated therein shall form the entire agreement between the City and the successful Bidder.
