Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education (State System) is seeking suppliers to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide Vision and Dental Benefits services to the State System Office of the Chancellor HR Shared Services Department. To download copies of the bid package, as referenced in this advertisement, prospective suppliers must be registered on SAP Business Network Discovery’s website: https://service.ariba.com/Authenticator.aw/ad/ssoIDP. The RFP package will be available on the SAP Business Network Discovery website for review at 2:00 PM EDT, Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
