Haas Roof Replacement Stage & North Side

INVITATION TO BID COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY of PENNSYLVANIA – BLOOMSBURG CAMPUS CWU-94-B: Haas Roof Replacement Stage & North Side CWU – Bloomsburg campus invites General Contractors to download documents for this project. The Work included under this Project consists of replacement of Haas Auditorium roof Stage and North Side areas as indicated on drawings. Work includes; demolition, preparation of concrete deck, new insulation and roofing. Miscellaneous work includes flashings, re-insulation of piping, new drains, and roof hatches. Work for the Project shall be accomplished by Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor for this project shall be the General Contractor Prime Contractor. Specific instructions for coordination and responsibilities of the Lead Prime Contractor are contained in Section 0131000, Project Management and Coordination, and elsewhere throughout the Contract Documents. A mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on October 21, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Haas Performing Arts Center Columbia Parking Lot Entrance of the Haas Performing Arts Center on the campus of Bloomsburg University, Bloomsburg PA 17815. Electronic Bids are due no later than 1:00 PM, EDT on November 12, 2026, through PennBid located at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ The Bid package is available at no cost via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/. In order to submit a proposal, interested bidders need to register with PennBid. Registration is a free process that takes only a few minutes. Once registered, bidders may obtain all solicitation documents, receive notification of solicitation updates, and submit and update their confidential bids online Questions regarding this project shall be submitted via the “Ask a Question” feature in PennBid. Responses to questions which require changes to the Bidding Documents will be posted on PennBid. Bidders who have registered with and downloaded documents for this project from PennBid will be notified by email when a change or addenda has been posted.
