R699--Beneficiary Locator and Outreach Services

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement for Beneficiary Locator Services to support the Veterans Benefits Administration, Insurance Service and Operations Center. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Quote submission deadline is 10:00AM EST on August 18th, 2026.
