Special Notice #3 Q&A 18. N0042126Q1355. Rev 1 Section F still reads 5 October 2026 as the start date, but the published Industry Q/A answers the period start date as 8 October. Can you please confirm which is accurate? October 8th, 2026 is the estimated start date. 19. Are you seeking fingerprinting hardware for the five locations identified on pages 6 and 7 of the RFP, with those sites utilizing government-issued SWFT+ software? If so, please confirm whether the requirement is limited to hardware deployment at those locations or if additional services and support are expected as part of the solution. No, the Government is not seeking hardware at the locations identified in Section E of the contract. That section details who will receive the CDRL submission and the fingerprints that are taken at Contractor sites across CONUS. This requirement is for fingerprinting services across CONUS United States, not to provide fingerprinting hardware to the Government.
