1.1 Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Finance and Management is receiving bids until 1 P.M. local time, November 4, 2026, for construction services for the PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITIES STRUCTURAL REMEDIATION - 2077 PARKWOOD & 743 E WOODROW project. Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies shall not be accepted. This project is for the structural remediation of masonry walls at two Public Safety facilities, located at 724 E Woodrow Ave Columbus, Ohio 43217 and 2077 Parkwood Ave. Columbus, Ohio 43211. The work includes replacement of damaged masonry CMU block, tuckpointing, removal of deteriorated sidewalks, and overhead door opening lintel repair and replacement and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, and City of Columbus Construction and Material Specifications as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). 1.2 Classification: All bid documents (Invitation for Bid, technical specifications, plans, and future addenda) are available for review and download at www.bidexpress.com. 2077 Parkwood, Columbus, Ohio 43211 at 9 A.M. on October 26, 2026. **ONLY THOSE VENDORS IN ATTENDANCE WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO BID ON THIS PROJECT.** See the IFB for instructions as to how to submit questions.
