Communication outside of the Bonfire portal WILL NOT be accepted. Hard copies WILL NOT be accepted. Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Finance and Management, Office of Construction Management (hereinafter, “DOFM”), is receiving proposals until 1:00 PM local time on October 1, 2026, that will result in the award and execution of an Indefinite Quantity contract with a professional project management consulting firm with experience in all areas of project management. The selected Offeror for this contract must document their competence to perform the “typical service” noted in this request along with their ability to perform. Services on request and detailed scopes of this project will be developed at the appropriate time. There will be no pre-proposal meeting. The last day to submit questions is 1:00 PM local time on September 24, 2026. Phone calls or e-mails will not be accepted. This ad will be posted on the Bonfire portal within 24 hours of the Vendor Services posting.
