Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Finance and Management is receiving proposals until 1:00 PM local time on August 13, 2026 for architectural/engineering services for the Woodrow Police Precinct Roof Restorations project. The scope of the work includes design, engineering, and construction contract administration services for renovations to 170,000 S.F. of roof at 724 & 770 E. Woodrow Ave., Columbus, OH 43217, including tear-down of the original roof and re-installation of insulation and a new modified roof system. The initial thermal scan and assessment reports will be shared during the scope review. A pre-proposal meeting and facility tour shall be held at 770 Woodrow Ave. at 1:00 PM, local time on August 3, 2026. Meet outside the building. Attendance is strongly encouraged. The last day to submit questions is 1:00 PM local time on August 6, 2026. Phone calls will not be accepted. This ad will be posted on the Bonfire portal within 24 hours of the Vendor Services posting.
