Firestation 24 Mini-Split Installation

1.1 Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Finance and Management is receiving bids until 1 P.M. local time, October 13, 2026, for construction services for the FIRE STATION #24 MINI-SPLIT INSTALLATION project. Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies shall not be accepted. The project shall install 3 mini-split units in the Men's Locker Room, Men's Dorm and Day Room and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, and City of Columbus Construction and Material Specifications as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). 1.2 Classification: All bid documents (Invitation for Bid, technical specifications, plans, and future addenda) are available for review and download at www.bidexpress.com. Firms wishing to submit a bid must meet the mandatory requirements stated in the IFB, including being pre-qualified by the City of Columbus Office of Construction Prequalification, if applicable. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held at 1585 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio 43229, at 9 A.M. on September 30, 2026. **Only those vendors in attendance will be eligible to bid on the project.** See the IFB for instructions as to how to submit questions. The last day to submit questions is October 8, 2026 at 1 P.M. Notice of published addenda will be posted on the Bid Express website at www.bidexpress.com.
