Easterly Headworks Bar Rake and Bar Screen Rehabilitation

Easterly WWTP has nine (9) bar rakes and nine (9) bar screens that work together to remove debris from the influent wastewater to protect equipment and ensure the operational effectiveness of downstream processes. The project will provide for needed repairs and replacement of aging bar rake and bar screen components. The work consists of the disassembly and cleaning of each bar rake. Reassembly will require the replacement of key components such as pin racks, guide rollers, cog wheels, rake carriages, motors, rake blades, etc.
