2026-2027 Liquid Emulsion Polymer Solution at the Southerly and Westerly Wastewater Treatment Centers

This contract (s) will provide for the delivery of liquid emulsion polymer solution required for the optimal performance of t hree treatment processes: Centrifugation at the Southerly Renewable Energy Facility (REF) , final clarification at the Southerly Wastewater Treatment Center, and centrifugation at the Westerly Wastewater Treatment Center. However, the contract(s) awarded will be based on the lowest and best bids for two bid groups – one for all polymer delivered to the Southerly WWTC and the other for all polymer delivered to the Westerly WWT C .
