Description
Mecklenburg County requests a Statement-of-Qualifications from interested architectural firms for a comprehensive renovation of an existing building at 2324 Lasalle St. Firms shall assemble a design team to provide design, bidding, construction contract administration, and closeout/warranty services as required. A copy of the complete RFQ may be obtained by sending an official Notification-of-Interest via mail or email to: Ljubica Dekic Blagojevic – Project Manager, Mecklenburg County Asset & Facility Management, 3205 Freedom Drive, Suite 6000, Charlotte, NC 28075 Email: Ljubica.DekicBlagojevic@mecklenburgcountync.gov Submittals must be received by Asset & Facility Management by Thursday, 10/29/26 at 2:00pm.
