Mecklenburg County requests a Statement-of-Qualifications from interested architectural firms for services on a new recreation center project and Park and Recreation facility master plan. Firms shall assemble a design team to provide master planning, design, bidding, construction contract administration, and closeout/warranty services as required for one or both projects.
