Description
Mecklenburg County Park & Recreation is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms to provide full professional planning, design, engineering, permitting, and construction administration services for parks and greenway projects to receive FY 27 CIP funding. The complete Request for Qualifications including the project list can be obtained from Katie Thayer, Project Manager, Mecklenburg County Asset and Facility Management, 3205 Freedom Dr., Suite 6000, Charlotte NC 28208 by email at AFM.RFQ@MecklenburgCountyNC.gov. SOQ’s must be submitted by 2:00 pm, October 22, 2026. Upon request, this information will be made available in an alternate format for persons with disabilities. Please call 980-314-2428.
