Business Preparedness Forum

The Frederick County Department of Emergency Preparedness (DEP) is seeking qualified firms to design, develop, coordinate, and facilitate a Business Preparedness Forum for the Frederick County business community. The purpose of this project is to strengthen public private partnerships while increasing preparedness for active threats, workplace violence, business continuity, fire and life safety, and other hazards that may affect businesses, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and critical infrastructure partners throughout Frederick County. The selected contractor shall provide all professional services necessary to plan, coordinate, facilitate, and document a one-day preparedness forum that enhances organizational resilience and promotes collaboration between the private sector and public safety agencies. This project is grant-funded with a period of performance ending May 30, 2027.
