CCTV Inspection and Cleaning of Sanitary Sewers

The Frederick County Division of Water and Sewer Utilities is requesting proposals to provide services for CCTV inspection and cleaning of sanitary sewers. The County operates and maintains approximately 425 miles of sanitary sewer ranging from 8” – 48” in diameter. The focus of this contract will consist of but is not limited to CCTV inspection and cleaning of the 8” – 36” off road easement sections of the sanitary sewer system. In an effort to reduce sanitary sewer overflows and to improve the wastewater collection system, the County is requesting condition assessment and inspection services of the sanitary sewer infrastructure to supplement the County’s Maintenance staff. Work will be awarded to Contractors who provide the greatest value from the standpoint of cost, qualifications, quality, performance and availability, or for any other reason deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
