West Frederick Library

The County of Frederick, Maryland has determined that contractors who submit bids for the Construction of the West Frederick Library must be prequalified. Contractors interested in bidding this project are required to complete a Prequalification Questionnaire. The County will evaluate the questionnaires submitted by each Contractor for the purpose of determining, in a timely manner, bidders who are deemed qualified for successful performance of the type of work included in this project.
