Printing of Certificates of Title Change Order

ILSOS is entering into a change order with RR Donnelley for the term of July 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022 for a total of $184,031.17 for the printing of certificates of title. Due to the worldwide paper shortage and the security needs of this paper, ILSOS has opted to extend the contract with the current contract holder while a re-bid is giving a sufficient amount of time for responses. This is allowable under 720 ILCS 5/33E-9 (1-3).
