SURYS Change Order - FY21 Total Cost Correction

The Illinois Secretary of State is entering into a change order with Surys to correct the FY21 renewal amount from the original award notice and renewal. The original solicitation and resulting contract asked for 10,100,000 stickers for FY20 and 11,000,000 for FY21. FY21 was calculated for 10,100,000 by mistake. This change order is an increase of $71,649 to account for the additional 900,000 stickers originally requested.
