Illinois Secretary of State Emergency Perforated Paper for License Plate Renewal

ILSOS is entering into an emergency contract for the purchase of perforated paper and envelopes for the distribution of vehicle sticker decals required by Illinois law. The incumbent vendor was unable to obtain the paper for the sticker decals causing ILSOS to have to source the paper elsewhere.
