DREDGING OF THE HOUSTON SHIP CHANNEL GENERALLY BETWEEN SIMS BAYOU AND ALL THE WAY TO, AND INCLUDING, THE UPPER TURNING BASIN AREA. OPTIONS FOR DREDGING DOCKS WILL BE INCLUDED. MATERIAL WILL GO TO ROSA ALLEN PLACEMENT AREA.
