Procurement of Rapid Response Vehicles

The State of Hawaii Department of Health, Emergency Medical Services & Injury Prevention Systems Branch, through funding provided under the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), seeks to procure manufactured, tested, and certified surface Emergency Rapid Response Vehicles (RRVs). The purpose of this procurement is to enhance emergency medical response capabilities, support the modernization of rural healthcare infrastructure, and improve timely access to emergency medical services across Hawaii's rural communities.
