Procurement of a State Health Care Coalition and County Health Care Coalitions’ Solution

The State of Hawaii Department of Health, Emergency Medical Systems of Care Branch/Emergency Medical Services & Injury Prevention Systems Branch, through funding provided by the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (“ASPR”), Office of Health Care Readiness (“OHCR”), Hospital Preparedness Program (“HPP”), seeks to procure a State Health Care Coalition and County Health Care Coalitions’ Solution. This procurement is intended to support multi‑year health care system readiness, coordinated planning, and continuity of health care delivery across the State. This procurement strengthens the statewide health care delivery system by establishing long‑range priorities that enhance readiness for a shifting threat landscape, promote continuous administrative and programmatic improvement, and ensure partners across the health care continuum remain aligned in shared planning, decision‑making, and emergency coordination.
