Description
The State of Hawaii Department of Health, Emergency Medical Services & Injury Prevention Systems Branch, through funding provided by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), seeks to procure a new public safety 911 call-handling system, including its installation, integration, support, and ongoing maintenance. This procurement is intended to support the modernization of rural healthcare infrastructure, and improve timely access to emergency medical services for communities across rural Hawaii.
