Description
The State of Hawaii Department of Health, Emergency Medical Services & Injury Prevention Systems Branch, through funding provided by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), seeks to procure a statewide Emergency Medical Systems of Care Patient Tracking and Advanced Notification System. This procurement is intended to support daily Emergency Medical Services (EMS) operations, Community Paramedicine (CP), Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH), interfacility patient transfers, specialty systems of care, hospital destination coordination, air medical operations, healthcare facility coordination, and statewide disaster medical operations. The system will also support the modernization of rural healthcare infrastructure, and improve emergency medical services for communities across rural Hawaii.
