27-008 FY26 LMIG Resurfacing Project

The City of Sandy Springs is soliciting sealed bids for the work consisting of milling and resurfacing approximately 22.35 miles of roadway throughout the City, including milling to a minimum depth of one and one-half (1.5) inches, patching (12.5 mm or 19 mm) where required, and paving with 12.5 mm asphalt at 165 lbs./SY, or as directed by the Engineer/City of Sandy Springs representative. The roadway segments are identified in the Contract Documents. The City reserves the right to add or delete roadway segments during the contract term. Traffic control and mobilization costs will be adjusted for areas that are added or removed from the scope of the contract. Award shall be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all minimum technical requirements.
