27-009 Temporary Fire Station Housing

The City of Sandy Springs seeks construction services to renovate and build- out designated areas within an existing facility for use as a temporary fire station. This project includes the architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, life safety, and exterior improvements necessary to support temporary fire station operations, including modifications to the existing apparatus bay and overhead doors to accommodate fire apparatus access.
