Description
The City of Savannah will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors electronically through the Procurement and Contracts Division supplier portal until 1:30 PM on July 28, 2026. The names of the respondents will be read aloud at 1:30 PM of the same day and no further bids will be accepted. The Disadvantaged Business Employment Provisions will be evaluated and those bids found to be in compliance with the DBE Provisions shall be opened and read aloud at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Only electronically submitted Bids through the supplier portal will be accepted at www.savannahga.gov/bids. A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for 8:00 AM on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at the Floyd Adams Jr. Complex, 20 Interchange Drive (Room 1079), Savannah GA 31415 to address any questions and or issues that may arise. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah promotes equal opportunities for all vendors in city purchases.
