FY26 MOTSU Berms

The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Incorporate .xml files containing the existing ground information around the proposed berms and the proposed berm surfaces, in response to bidder inquiry. 2. Reopen ProjNet for bidder inquiry submissions until 4:00 PM EDT on 14 August 2026. 3. Extend the bid submission due date to 1:00 PM EDT on 24 August 2026. 4. Revise the bid opening to 2:00 PM EDT on 24 August 2026.
