Perdido Landfill & Palafox Transfer Stations Scale Maintenance- 2nd Re-Solicit

Escambia County Waste Services seeks a contractor for annual maintenance and repair for the truck scales located at the Perdido Landfill and Palafox Transfer Station. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, parts, tools, transportation and other resources necessary to inspect, calibrate, maintain, and repair the truck scales. The successful Vendor shall maintain a physical office, branch, or service facility within a 300-mile radius of 13009 Beulah Road, Pensacola, FL 32533 . The facility shall be adequately staffed and capable of providing sales support, technical support, maintenance services, replacement parts, and emergency service. The Vendor must be able to provide on-site emergency response within 4 to 6 hours of a service request. This requirement is intended to ensure timely service, minimize equipment downtime, and support the operational needs of the Owner.
