Description

Escambia County Solid Waste Department at 13009 Beulah Road Cantonment Florida 32533 is looking to treat landfill leachate utilizing NanoSORB Technology for a period of three months. System will be utilized to treat TN, UVT, and PFAS. Project includes; furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, environmental, incidentals, and performing all work necessary to complete the project. Project Details Contractor will design, deliver, commission, oversee, and demobilize the NanoSORB system equipment. Contractor will also provide the sampling and analytical plan (SAP) and provide any reports regarding data upon request by the County. Project has a runtime of 3 months. Scope of Project Mobilization and Start-Up System design Installation Support – once the system is received and unloaded staff member, 4 days on-site System Startup - once installation verification is complete staff member, 1 day on-site PPE and miscellaneous consumables Operational oversight* Up to 12 hours per month of remote technical support, including review of compiled data supplied by Escambia County Equipment and Media Supply NanoSORB feeding system Bulk Bag Feeder with bag shaker system, 1HP (3ph/60Hz/230-480V) Eductor and screw conveyor, 1HP (3ph/60Hz/230V) Loss-In-Weight batch feed controller Electric Chain Hoist (3ph/60Hz/230V) Submersible Pumps - one for transfer of mixed liquor to enmeshment tank, one for return of mixed liquor to aerated lagoon 5-10 GPM, 1 HP, (1ph/60Hz/115-230V) Enmeshment Tank with Mixer NanoSORB media (6,000 lbs) Decommissioning Decommission system for return shipment at conclusion of project staff member, 5 days on-site Applicable Reports Compilation and interpretation of the collected data/information Preparation of recommendations for future leachate usage *Note: • We have assumed that Escambia County will operate, maintain, and monitor the pilot NanoSORB system
