CDBG-DR New Century Community Shelter Project, (HS020), Phase 1 - Selective Demolition

The Century Community Shelter Project will be completed in two phases: Phase I – Selective Demolition and Site Preparation Phase II – New Community Shelter Construction Phase I consists of selective demolition and site preparation for the construction of the new community shelter. The Contractor shall demolish the designated portion of existing building components connected to the central gymnasium and perform all work necessary to prepare the site for the new facility. Phase II will be procured under a separate solicitation following the completion and acceptance of Phase I. Phase II will consist of the construction of the new Century Community Shelter in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared for that phase.
