Intent to Single Source Magnum Systems - Smoot Rotary Airlocks

The City of Tampa Solid Waste & Environmental Program Management Department intends to single source Magnum Systems - Smoot Rotary Airlocks. Currently the Smoot Rotary Airlocks are in place at the McKay Bay Waste to Energy (WTE) Facility. Only the OEM parts and components can provide satisfactory repairs to these airlocks.
