Intent to Single Source Durr Systems, Inc. Products

The City of Tampa Solid Waste & Environmental Program Management intends to single source Durr Systems, Inc. replacement parts and components because only OEM parts and components can provide satisfactory repair to the spray dryer absorber (SDA) lances. The McKay Bay Waste to Energy (WTE) Facility has four (4) SDA lances in service and four (4) standby lances. Durr Systems, Inc. is the sole distributor of the nozzle head for the SDA.
