DCF ITB 2425 076 - Cleaning Services Roberts Building | Mandatory Pre-Solicitation Conference | Arrival Information Date, Time & Location: April 23, 2026 | 10:00 AM Eastern Time Roberts Building, 5920 Arlington Expressway, Jacksonville, Florida 32211 Parking: The Roberts Building has an open parking lot with no gate. Attendees may park upon arrival at no restriction. Check-In: After parking, please proceed to the building lobby, which is located downstairs from the parking level. Once inside, please check in with the security guard and advise that you are there to attend the Pre-Solicitation Meeting for Cleaning Services at the Roberts Building. The security guard will direct you to the appropriate location. Site Location Contact: DCF employee Furman Jackson is the site location contact and will be available on the day of the conference. Attendee Limitations: The Department does not anticipate any attendee limitations at this time. Please note: Attendance at the Pre-Solicitation Conference is mandatory. Failure to attend will render a Response non-responsive and removed from consideration for award. The State of Florida, Department of Children and Families (Department), issues this Solicitation to select a Respondent(s) to provide custodial services for the Roberts Building (Northeast Region Headquarters) to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for staff and visitors. Services include nightly cleaning (primarily 7:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m., Monday–Friday) and daytime porter support (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday), with full staffing and coverage requirements as detailed in the Purchase Order Scope of Work (PMT-57).
