Description
The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform after-hours janitorial services at the Capitola DMV field office for the term of this Agreement. The anticipated term for this contract is 10/01/2026 - 09/30/2029 Mandatory pre-bid conference at 7/15/2026 - 10:00 a.m. Questions are due 7/17/2026 at 5:00 p.m. Answers will be posted 7/20/2026 by 5:00 p.m. Bids are due 7/24/2026 and must be emailed. The current contractor is California¿s Best Janitorial charging $2,435.75 per month for after-hours janitorial services.
