The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform Wednesday and Friday daytime janitorial services at the Hollister DMV field office for the term of this Agreement. The anticipated term for this contract is 10/01/2026 - 09/30/2029 Mandatory pre-bid conference at 7/15/2026 - 1:00 p.m. Questions are due 7/17/2026 at 5:00 p.m. Answers will be posted 7/20/2026 by 5:00 p.m. Bids are due 7/24/2026 and must be emailed. The current contractor is CBJ Building Maintenance, Inc. dba California¿s Best Janitorial charging $1,860.87 per month for after-hours janitorial services.
