Carmanah Technologies Corporation's Traffic Products in Florida

APL contract has not yet been established, Transportation and Operations will need to rely on the sole source provider, Temple, Inc., to supply the necessary equipment to continue operations until the new APL has been established. Below is the sole source recommendation as requested.
