On-call Owner’s Representative

The Town of Brookfield and Brookfield School District (the “Owner”) invite qualified consultants to submit sealed proposals to provide on-call Owner’s Representative/Project Manager services for multiple projects throughout the town. The successful consultant is to advocate for the Owner's interests by bridging the gap between the Owner, architects, and general contractors, and managing project oversight, budgets, schedules, and quality control. The consultant will be required to plan, manage, and deliver projects in a practical, organized way, whether that is HVAC improvements, athletic field work, flooring replacements, equipment upgrades, or other improvements throughout town and school facilities.
