Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) and the Selection Committee sincerely appreciates the time, care, and effort employed by all respondents to the subject solicitation in the production of their proposals. After careful consideration of all submittals the FSDB Selection Committee has determined that The short-listed qualified vendors are as follows: AULD & WHITE with a score of 64 E. VAUGHAN RIVERS with a score of 63 SCORPIO with a score of 62 The following vendors were disqualified: GILBANE – missing addendum information from Appendix A STELLAR GROUP – missing Appendix D; appendix included with response was completed by a subcontractor CONGR AT ULATI O NS: FSDB wishes to congratulate the above listed qualified respondents. FSDB and the Selection Committee look forward to each company’s participation in the presentation/interview phase which will be conducted on the campus of FSDB at Moore Hall CLD, as scheduled below: SCORPIO – September 1, 2026, 9:00 AM E. VAUGHAN RIVERS – September 1, 2026, 10:00 AM AULD & WHITE – September 1, 2026, 11:00 AM Each team will have 45 minutes to present – 30 minutes for the presentation and a 15-minute question and answer session with the evaluation team.
