The intent of this project is to improve the heating and cooling systems serving Greeneville Fire Station 2 and provide a reliable, energy-efficient, and appropriately sized HVAC solution for the facility. The City is open to multiple HVAC solutions. Proposed systems may include replacement or modification of the existing HVAC system, ductless or ducted mini-split heat pump systems, multi-zone systems, conventional HVAC equipment, or a combination of systems.
