CDBG Small Cities Funding

The Department of Housing’s Community Development Division announces the availability of approximately $11 million in CDBG Small Cities funding for the 2026 program year.This is a competitive application round. All applications must be submitted electronically no later than 11:59 p.m. on Friday, August 28, 2026. A submission link will be provided. Please note: • Only complete applications will be accepted and scored. • Each town may submit only one application. Eligible activities include, but are not limited to: Public Housing Modernization and Infrastructure in Support of Affordable Housing.
