Request for Proposals - Custodial Services

The scope of work requires the Contractor to provide all labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform custodial services for California State University, Monterey Bay (CSU Monterey Bay), in accordance with the specifications. The initial contract term shall commence on January 1, 2027, and continue through June 30, 2028. The University shall have the option to extend the agreement for up to three (3) additional two-year renewal term. All Bidding documents are available only on Planet Bids.
