Napa Valley Vine Trail - Vista Carneros RFP

The purpose of this Project is to complete a four-mile-long gap in the 47-mile-long Napa Valley Vine Trail. Napa County is requesting proposals for the Preliminary Engineering Phase of a multiuse path between John F. Kennedy Park and the intersection of Devlin Road at Airport Blvd. See the attachments for more information. Napa County Department of Public Works (County) is seeking technical proposals for Preliminary Engineering, Environmental, Right of Way, Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E), and Construction Support Services for the preparation, execution, and completion of services outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The selected consultant will provide these services to assist the County with the Project through the construction phase. The County wants to start construction in Spring of 2029. One (prime) consultant will be selected to handle all the tasks within the Project. The Project is to be handled in a turnkey fashion, including not only the technical tasks, but all administrative tasks, documentation, response to Caltrans, right-of-way certification, and construction authorization, etc. Consultant will subsequently assist the County through the bid period and provide design support services during construction. Consultant must be fully familiar with the guidelines, procedures, and requirements of the Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures. The County reserves the right to adjust the scope of services as deemed appropriate and necessary.
