Napa County Animal Shelter Phased Expansion Feasibility / Design

Napa County Public Works is soliciting proposals from qualified design teams interested in providing animal shelter-specialized architectural and engineering services for the purposes of expanding the existing facility at 942 Hartle Court, Napa, CA 94559. The shelter expansion will be completed in Phases: the planning feasibility study will be completed ahead of the shelter expansion design and construction. Napa County will follow a Qualifications Based Selection process as required by California General Statutes. A team of Napa County staff members will select the most qualified firm to negotiate a contract for services.
