IFB Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services in Santa Barbara County

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, vehicles, tools, parts, materials, supplies, travel, legal disposal/recycling of waste and incidentals necessary to provide routine and non-routine Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services to Caltrans. Bidder, at the time of bid submittal, continuously thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, must have a primary business location within Santa Barbara County or within a 60-mile radius of one of the Maintenance Station locations listed below. Caltrans will verify that bidders meet this requirement by utilizing Google Maps (https://www.google.com/maps). Bidder¿s address listed on Attachment 2, Bid/Bidder Certification Sheet, will be used to verify if bidder meets this requirement. A. Santa Maria Maintenance Station (MS), 2201 South Thornburg Street, Santa Maria, CA 93455 B. Cuyama MS, 6470 State Route (SR) 166, New Cuyama, CA 93254 C. Santa Barbara MS, 3999 State Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93105 D. Lompoc/Buellton MS, 721 Jonata Park Road, Buellton, CA 93427 Bidder shall have at time of bid submittal, continually thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, a current and valid C-20 - Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor License issued by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) for the type of work to be performed. Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal, continuously thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Caltrans will verify bidder¿s DIR registration; it is not necessary to provide a copy.
