Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, vehicles, tools, materials, parts, permits, supplies, travel, disposal/recycling of waste, and incidentals required to maintain, repair, and restore HVAC systems on Caltrans-owned properties in Kern and Tulare Counties. 2. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB, for a more complete description of services.
