Fleet Maintenance Mechanic Shop Design

The City of Cheyenne (“City”) is currently seeking proposals for the following work as specified: The City of Cheyenne, Wyoming is seeking qualification statements and service proposals from consulting groups for the Design of the New City of Cheyenne Fleet Maintenance Mechanic Shop located at 2731 Old Happy Jack Road, Cheyenne, Wyoming. The City of Cheyenne is looking to add a new mechanic shop to the Fleet Maintenance Facility. As the City grows, more space is needed to accommodate vehicle repairs for its expanding fleet. The new mechanic shop will need to contain approximately 6 bays with plenty of storage for tools, equipment, supplies, etc, a paint booth, one set of bathrooms, and a small office space. Features will include extra ventilation for welding, two oil pits, and one lift.
